I spent 6 weeks with Elysium Theatre Company during the rehearsals and performances of A Midsummer Night's Dream. During this time I worked under Caitlin Mills, stage manager and Dan Bradford, director. My responsibilities during rehearsals included covering for Mills, helping to prepare the rehearsal space. Creating rehearsal schedules, posting call sheets and rehearsal notes. As well as, working with the director to stay on schedule and souring props and set pieces. During performances I helped prepare the stage, address any concerns from the actors, set the props table backstage, strike the set and operate the sound board.
